AccroPress FAQs

Find out more about our system

What is AccroPress

AccroPress is a modern content management system that uses the Headless CMS methodology.

It has been designed with the core philosophy of making content creation and management simpler by separating code from content and making it accessible via a set of APIs, across all of your channels.

How do I get started

If your company hasn't subscribed to AccroPress already, you'll first need to get in touch with us to set up a demo for your company. Otherwise, you should get in touch with the person managing your subscription in order to get an account.

How can my developers integrate

We have a number of integration methods that will allow your developers to get content integrated within all of your platforms in a few easy steps. Once you're set up and ready to get going, you can send your development team our developer docs here.

What browsers do you support?

We aim to support all modern browsers, within the last two major releases per major browser. If you find any issues with a particular browser, please contact us at [email protected]

Where is my content and media stored

We use AWS for all of our systems and services. Typically all of these services with be based within the eu-west-1 (Ireland) region.

This includes storage on S3, RDS (Postgres) and communication between our main service servers and other microservices on systems such as Lambda.

All data is automatically backed up with multi-redundancy plans and automated alerts.

If you'd like to find out more about our services, or if you'd like to ask about storing data in a different region, please get in touch with us at [email protected]
