With AccroPress, content collaboration is a core feature that we have built right into the content editing experience.

You'll find a number of options for this in the right-hand side of the content editing page within the sidebar.

Within the right-hand sidebar, you'll find a text area input labeled "Additional Notes.

You can enter any note that you chose to within this section and it will be displayed whenever that page is next edited for any member of your site's team, like so:

The aim of this is to provide quick notes on how a piece of content should be edited or about the publishing process for that content, but you could use this in any way that you see fit.

Alongside the content notes field, you can use the task list in order to collaborate with your team by using the task list.

You'll find this section within the right-hand sidebar of the content editing page labeled "Content Task List".

This section will allow you to see the tasks that have already been set against that content and it allows you to attribute new tasks to that content.

You can add a new task from this section by clicking the button labeled "Add a new task". Clicking this option will show a model from which you can attribute a task that you have previously created or create a new one.

To add an existing task, simply search for the task by name by inputting text within the field "Search for an existing task", to add a task that you have searched for, simply click it from the options list, this will add it to a section at the bottom of the model labeled "Tasks to Add".

You can also create a new task from the section labeled "Create a new task".

Within this section, there are two inputs for you to create a new task with, Task Name and Task Description, fill these in with the details of your task and click the "Add Task" button to add your nearly created task to the "Tasks to Add" section.

When you're done at the bottom of the model, click the button "Add Tasks" to attribute your selected or created tasks to your content.

From the AccroPress system, you can also set a due date.

You'll find a date and time picker for this in the right-hand side sidebar.

Simply select your due date from this picker and AccroPress will automatically remind you and your collaborators when it is time to publish the content, if the content is still in the due date status.
